What is the most rewarding aspect of your career?
MRS.
ANA
MARIA
CABÁN
: To have two pharmacies where I can employ 60 employees who can be self-sufficient and independent. I can provide employment to many other people.
What is the most significant issue facing your profession today?
We are living in a destabilized society here and we’re impacted by many economical issues that affect us physically and emotionally. From day to day, [that] makes it difficult because we have sick customers for many reasons – it’s difficult to take care of people afflicted on many different levels. I try to give resolve and make sure these people are taken care of. Keeping them educated and informed is also a great challenge
What are your short-term career goals?
I am presently looking at opportunities to open pharmacies in new locations. I am continuing to provide excellent pharmaceutical services.
