Cambridge Who's Who:
What is the most difficult obstacle or challenge you have faced in pursuit of your goals?
MS
MARCIA
J
CHUNG
: The attitude of the public in general that the medical profession can fix whatever’s wrong with you. The [general public’s] refusal to focus on wellness and good health
What are your short-term and long-term career goals? And what specific steps have you taken toward achieving these goals?
Long-term is to promote knowledge about glyconutrients, which is called glycobiology; also, the necessary components for nutrition and longevity. Short-term, I’d like to transition from acute care health delivery to wellness promotion and preventive medicine. All these supplements, vitamins and this field of hormone therapy are about preventative care.
