Biography Excerpt:
Elaine Petrella is a retired paralegal who, over her past 32 years of dedicated service within the field, has established a reputation for excellence within the Florida justice system. Her professional mannerism, combined with her dedication to and knowledge of the field, enabled her to work for the eighth largest law firm in Miami. One case for that firm required that she oversee all of the filing in preparation for the trial; it was also essential that she travel to New York with the attorney to offer her insights and understanding of the paperwork. Utilizing her expertise in legal research and document preparation, Ms. Petrella published a book titled “Litigation Workbook for Trial Secretaries.”
