Cambridge Who's Who: What is the most difficult obstacle or challenge you have faced in pursuit of your goals  
BRIAN J. MUSHANEY :  In a changing market, it’s getting your client base to understand what they need to do different. You’re not just selling them a new product; you’re selling them on a different way of doing business.

What is the most significant issue facing your profession today?
The media and their spin on the real estate market – they seem to always be missing the mark.

What are your short-term and long-term career goals?
Short-term is to survive this little recession that we’re in. Long-term is to continue business growth.
