Cambridge Who's Who: What is the most rewarding aspect of your career?  
DORIS EVELYN DIMMITT :  Seeing people get mobile. Sometimes, they are confined and have been unable to get outside. You see a smile on their face when they get on the move.

What is the most difficult obstacle or challenge you have faced in pursuit of your goals?
This past winter, it was horrible. There was so much snow, people couldn’t get out. We had approximately 110 inches. When people have a mobility issue, they certainly can’t go out and drive in these conditions. We end up going to people’s homes when they can’t get to us.

What element of service are you talking about?
Usually, when people come to our place of business, we have all the products available to try out. But we like to extend our services to those who can’t get to our showroom. Let’s say somebody calls and they want an item such as a chair. We will bring several products to the client’s home and we will let them try each one out. That way, they can decide which one they want.
