Rev. Hoff also does public speaking about the youth of Dominican Republic, India and Africa at an international level. She is a marriage, family and at-risk youth counselor. She consults with people to facilitate funding for other non-profits. She oversees a large, annual inner city outreach for youth to give them messages of hope. She has visited many places for ministry including the Dominican Republic and India. She is going to Africa in 2009 to conduct leadership training for a group of churches. She is also writing a book for youth, giving them life skills based on the book of proverbs, which will have themes such as 'how do kids read.'
