Biography Excerpt:
Joel Kwiatkowski is a native of the Adirondack Region in upstate New York. He grew up in Broadalbin and began his career in engineering after obtaining his bachelor’s degree. He has 10 years of experiences working for ITT Communication Systems in Nutley, New Jersey and General Electric Defense and Communication Systems in Syracuse. Prior to starting his own business, he worked for GE Ericsson Land Mobile Radio in Virginia and Lucent Technologies in New Jersey, where he specialized in wireless telecom development. Mr. Kwiatkowski received a master’s degree in engineering and management in 1993 from Syracuse University and a bachelor of science in electrical engineering in 1983 from the Rochester Institute of Technology. His professional affiliations include the IEEE, the Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials and the American Society for Quality.
